 Leading and Supervising the project planning & Strategy Team in providing overall planning
support for all the Divisions.
 Monitoring the whole project to effectively identify and report areas of concern for mitigating
actions within contract limits and ensure alignment within the other relevant Company and client
Stakeholders.
 Preparing the detailed construction schedules for Civil, Steel, Mechanical and Piping Activities.

Responsibilities:
 Preparing the design and tentative time schedules during the proposal phase.
 Updating, during the mobilization phase of the project, the originally prepared milestones
schedule in the proposal phase. Issues the revised milestone schedule after approval by the
Project Manager, to all key personnel of the project.
 Identifying with the assistance of the Project Manager the constraints between the different
project disciplines and the sequence/timing of tasks for fulfillment of the time schedule of the
project.
 Issuing the final form of the time schedule -baseline schedule “REV 0”-to the Project Manager.
 Ensuring issuance of PM Budget to all active projects /additions.
 Reviewing of the assigned budgeted hours and resource assignments to ensure proper resource
allocation for projects/ additions tasks.
 Updating the time schedule on bi-weekly bases reflecting the actual project status (dates,
percentage completion and actual man-hours consumption).
 Planning and initiating corrective actions and Reviewing schedule progress reports.
 Ensuring proper loading of actual hours, and to be in conformity with related progress of work.
 Maintain rectifying any information in Data Base (for example: relocated persons, multidiscipline
assignments, etc.).
 Expedite PM’s to apply any required corrective actions.

makes necessary schedules and resources allocation adjustments.
 Developing during the construction phase, the detailed field schedules in conjunction with the

 Preparing evaluation reports for bidder’s proposed time schedules based on conformity with
tender requirements.
 Analyzing and evaluating contractors’ claims, prepares recommendations concerning
justified/excusable time extensions, as the case may be.

Responsibilities:
 Initiating a preliminary Schedule time for projects based on the scope of work, start and due
dates.
 Assisting in the preparation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
 Assisting in preparation of project’s Quality Control Manual and maintenance of project control
policies and procedures.
 Preparing master project schedule and maintain baseline based on the scope of work and
