Irrigation Projects Irrigation development project in (west Delta) Ministry of irrigation Oil & Gas / QC: Responsibilities summary • 1-Site responsibilities:  Conducts civil/ structural work inspections (tanks & skids foundations, steel structural and pipe racks, trains, concrete , drainage system, Epoxy & grouting , Concrete insulation ,leveling , compaction , paving and pipelines ) as per ITP.  Attend all necessary inspections as identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).  Material receiving inspection, monitoring the material testing and conducting the patching plant and the material stores audits.  Grouting inspection for various static and rotary equipment using epoxy and non-shrink grout.  Precast concrete inspections for pipe racks. Grouting for pinpoints & wet joints for beams & girders.  Grouting inspection for various static and rotary equipment using epoxy and non-shrink grout.  Highlighting for the preventive action before and during the activity achievement if required.  Quality management System QMS implementation supporter.  Civil to mechanical hand over and the MCWD (mechanical completion walk down ).  Creating the final punch list.  Witness for the final closing out of the punch list items and the related documentation packages.  Pre-commissioning and commissioning team support . • 2-Documentation responsibilities:  Reviewing the civil / structural related documents (ITP, MOS, drawings, and project specs ….Etc.).  Insure that the project documents complying with the international standers, cods, specs.  RFIs, closing out with the necessary action if needed. (Q.O.R - N.C.R - ...) Etc.  Daily & monthly QC activity reports plus the quality observation report and the surveillance report if needful.  Verification that company procedures are being implemented in accordance with the Project Quality Program and the Company Integrated Management System (IMS).

   Record anddocumenting any deviations comparing the Project Quality Program and (IMS).  Walk down - pre commissioning - final packs closeout - with the entire related Doc.  Review the calibration certificates status of the test equipment and tools prior to use. Oil & Gas /Construction: Activities & Responsibilities summary:  Elobayed gas plant constructions maintenance.  Construction of R.O. Unit including its interconnections pipes installation.  Reviewing the project drawings with full cooperating with the engineering and the related departments if any conflict to Ensures that works are carried out in compliance with the latest IFC drawings.  Shop drawings and Vendor drawings review for compliance with contract documents.  Civil Site Preparation for REG. (RIG &pumps pad –water, mud, pits – evaporation pond -pipe line civil activities ….Etc.).  Work over for wells sit preparations modifications (dismantling fences, removing old sleepers, modifying cellar pad and pump pad, re-excavate mud pit and water pit, reconstruct road track ….).  Construction of an accommodation building in Amerya metering station.  Construction of the mess hall building 350(sq.m) two floors.  Construction of the labor housing building and the new sewage plant.  Upgrading camp (A, B and project camp).within budget.  Maintenance of API unit and storage tanks.  Civil works for fiber optical cables protection.  TRA Task Risk Assessment implementation.  Control the civil works implementation within the schedule.  Review, approve and process the technical submittals and work permits.  Participated in the meetings of notifications, work permits, planning and safety.  Co-operate with the QC team.
