This is because the font is very masculine which makes it stand out more. Also the main image takes up most of the room on the page making it conventional as well, also the image is very masculine because the way the person is standing makes it very conventional because he looks really serious. Furthermore the cover stories are very effective because they fill in the empty space what's on the page and they catch the eye of the reader so It makes them want to read it because they want to know more.

Barcode The main image for my magazine is very similar to the actual magazine that I was looking at because my person on my front cover has got the same pose as the actual magazine, but the image on the actual magazine takes up more room so in makes it more conventional. Also m mast head is in the same area as the actual magazines mat head and mine is about the same side so I think it is a good mast head to go with because it is conventional. Also the cover stories are similar because my cover line is over the main image just like the actual magazines cover line, this makes mine conventional because it’s very similar as the actual magazine. Furthermore the cover lines are in a similar place to where they are on a actual magazine but on the actual magazine that I am using to help me there are more cover lines which takes up more room so there is not a lot of space.   The mast headis clearly shown which means it is conventional because the magazine that I am basing mine has the mast head clearly sown at the top of the contents page as well. My main image is in the same place as the actual magazine image is which makes my image conventional. I think to make my image more conventional like the actual magazines I would need to take it at a different angle and I think that me adding in the feature heading to my page has made it more conventional towards an actual magazine. This is because in the magazine that I looked at for the contents page they have used features. Also I think it helps the reader to know what is actually going to be in the I also think that me adding “news” heading is conventional because it there to hep the reader know what they are gong to read and what pages to go to.

Also I think it is conventional in the way because it is in the same place as it would in an actual magazine. I think that I have tried to use my knowledge and research that I put into magazines into making my magazine. This is because I have tried using all the little things that are used in an actual magazine. This is my dropcap and this makes my magazine more conventional because that’s what are used in actual magazines.   The main imageon this actual magazine is a very effective image because it is a long shot of the whole band. Also it shows that the whole band is very important because there all in the picture. The dropcap is very effective in this actual magazine because it shows clearly that the first paragraph is going to start. The mast head for this magazine is very effective because clearly shows and tells you what the main part if the article is going to be about. I think this stand first that they used in this magazine is very effective because it tells you in short piece of text that what is going to be in the article in more detail then the mast head.
