MAJOR WITHOUT GRADUATING FROM THEIR CURRENT
MAJOR WILL BE CHARGED A $10 FEE PER CHANGE.
DUAL MAJOR – STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED TO BE IN A
DUAL MAJOR FOR ONE SEMESTER.

The term “directory information” is used for the portion
of the educational record that, if disclosed, would not
generally be considered harmful or an invasion of
privacy. Directory information may include the student’s
name, address, telephone number, date and place of
birth, honors and awards, and dates of attendance
ENROLLMENT VERIFIACTIONS – MAY BE OBTAINED BY
LOGGING ON TO BANNER WEB. THESE FORMS ARE
USUALLY AVAILABLE 30 DAYS AFTER THER TERM HAS
STARTED. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE
VERIFICATIONS FOR FALL SEMESTER SEPTEMBER 25TH
EXEMPTION REQUEST MAY BE OBTAINED IN THE
REGISTRAR’S OFFICE. STUDENTS WISHING TO EXEMPT A
COURSE OBTIAN THE FORM FROM THE REGISTRAR’S
OFFICE AND TAKE THAT FORM TO THE CASHIER OFFICE
AND PAY THE FEE WHICH IS 25% OF THE TUITION FOR
THAT COURSE.
GRADUATION SCREENING STUDENTS WHO ARE
COMPLETING A PROGRAM OF STUDY SHOULD MAKE AN
APPOINTMENT WITH THE REGISTRAR’S OFFICE TO HAVE
THEIR RECORDS AUDIT FOR PROGRAM COMPLETION.
THERE IS A $35 MANDATORY GRADUATION FEE, WHICH
IS PAID BY ALL STUDENTS.
TRANSCRIPTS- STUDENT CAN OBTAIN AN UNOFFICIAL
TRANSCRIPT BY LOGGIN ON TO THEIR BANNER WEB
