FENOMENUL CROSEI DE
HOCHEI
Orice antreprenor ,,visează” la fenomenul crosei de hochei, dar acest
fenomen are atât părți pozitive, cât și părți negative. Poate fi un vis
frumos sau un coșmar. De ce? Pentru că odată cu
creșterea vânzărilor are loc și creșterea numărului de
competitori, a volumului de muncă, a investițiilor, iar dacă o
companie nu este pregătită, ea poate traversa o perioadă de criză.
Fenomenul ,,crosei de hochei” este o expresie folosită pentru a descrie tendința
de creștere a vânzărilor înregistrate într-o companie, tendință care, la sfârșitul
unei perioade fixe de raportare, se concretizează într-un grafic de venituri din
vânzări care seamănă cu o crosă de hochei.
Graficul începe linear, fără prea multe variații, urmând ca spre sfârșitul
perioadei respective, să se înregistreze o creștere bruscă, graficul luând forma
unei crose de hochei.
