I would probably use this idea of colouring for my pull-out quote and even my headline, but the text is too big so the audience would find easier to envisage the pull-out quote rather than the headline which makes the headlines less important. Headline – The headline for this double spread is on the first page of the spread and states “FIASCO @ 9:30” which links to the main image (a picture of Lupe Fiasco) and informs the reader who the article is going to be based on. The audience are drawn towards the headline only because it’s the largest piece of text in the spread larger than the body copy so the audience are notified about what the topic of the magazine is going to be about.
