Suggest cost effective measures for reducing project cost.Well versed with AUTOCAD .Ability to lead, Manage and influence consultants, architects clients in getting the orders for the company Diplomatic in dealing with various clients consultants for getting orders.Have good practical knowledge in analyzing quantifying the work cost involved in various projects possess good analytical, negotiating convincing skills apart from good communication skills to interact with various clients, architects consultants.
