3.6 MTPA Integrated steel plant ) in COKE OVEN PLANT#1 Battery 1 and 2
(Shougan.China designed) and COKE OVEN PLANT #2 Battery 1 ,largest
coke oven battery in Asia (Paul wurth designed) as Mechanical UTILITY
DEPT. SR.Engineer. From Oct 2013 To till date.
Executing projects and commissions of 0.85 MTPA Recovery type and 1.3
MTPA .Recovery Type Coke Oven plant (battery proper) and By Products
Plant (partly) involving Equipment erection and maintenance job.
Job responsibilities:
1. Co-ordination with consultant, vendor & subcontractor.
2. Developing project scheduling, Resource planning, activities.
Co-ordination with client / vendors / statutory bodies/ local
authorities.
3. Erection, testing, commissioning of Cooling Towers, Plate Heat
Exchanger, Auto clean filter, various type of pumps and utility
piping,Febrication,mechanical erection and Testing including
all Air(compressed and industrial) ,Nitrogen, Ammonium liquor,
Water(Drinking and industrial), Steam pipe lines,Fire hydrant pipe lines.
4. Procurement of IBR piping, valve and accessories for installation
of Steam line for Coke oven and By-product area.
5. Fabrication, erection and testing of COBP Gas line varying from
Dia.1400 mm to Dia. 500 mm.
6. Stem pipeline with IBR approval.

7. Fabrication, erection and testing of water and service line varying from
Dia.900 mm to Dia. 80 mm
8. Operations and Maintenance of VOLTAS make H.V.A.C Chiller and
. steam uses VAM Chiller.
9. Maintenance and Overhauling of air cool air-conditions m/c make
