I think that both are really efficient it’s depend of the management board of your hotel because one of them is more interested by the figure and the other more attracted by the innovation through reputation management. At the end, I like the two of them but to understand well there differences I will needed a demo from the both site. And If I would have been a hotel I would have asked them to show me why I have to choose this tool in front of the other. Also, it depend of my employee I will prefer Review pro for skilled staff and TrustYou for young staff.
