Formal coordination method:
(1) To build coordination in to the organization through grouping allied activities under a
high ranking executives.
(2) To achieve coordination through the general administrative officer- president ,vice
president or general manager.
(3) To use policy , planning and coordinating committees made up of representative of
concerned departments.
(4) Have Four meetings every month.
(5) Contact Sharing-email & mobile phone number of each member.

Informal coordination is generally more important
than formal coordination.
 Conduct Management game: mingling members of both department and
then divide into team and then give interesting game-task.
Weekly Meeting
 In Weekly meeting marketing team up-date further up coming sales support

 Sales Team must give their feedback on sales support marketing initiatives.
