  Rock Springs -Wyoming (3 Projects) 1.Infield Grading (Project 1 – 2015) a. RPR (Resident Project Representative / Engineer – 6 months in the field) i. Inspected construction contract related to the airport ii. Reviewed contract plans and specifications for constructability, notes, errors, omissions and potential problem areas iii. Scheduled, planned, coordinated, and completed site inspections iv. Coordinated construction related system outages with client facilities v. Prepared complete inspection reports vi. Maintained complete project files including a project photo file vii. Kept detailed records of construction progress, changed conditions, and as built drawings viii. Prepared monthly estimates of quantities of construction completed ix. Established and maintained effective working relationship with Prime contractor, Superintendent and airport owner x. Verified intended drainage profile ( v – ditch, culvert inflow/outflow) 2. Runway & Multiple Taxiways Rehabilitation (Project 2 – 2016) a.
