InteGrade Pro
• The following instructions apply to those
who want to import this years classes using
the settings you had from last year for
grading rules, etc.
• If you are new to Integrade Pro your
instructions will be slightly different. From
the FILE menu choose New Gradebook and
go to slide 7.
Choose Open a gradebook on
your computer and select OK
Open previous year’s grade book
from your teacher folder
From the Setup menu, choose
Classes
Delete your Classes from last year so
that none are listed in the left column.
Grades from last year will still be
in your folder as long as you save
your new gradebook with a new
name and DO NOT save changes
when closing up your old
gradebook at the end of doing
this setup.
From the FILE menu choose
Import Into Gradebook
This screen may come up or may
not. Choose Cancel if it does.
Click the Local button at the
bottom left.
Look in the Sasi (S:) network
folder
Open the Data folder.
Scroll until you find the file named
Cl(100 minus your SASI number).grd
Open that file.
Once imported, from the FILE
menu choose Save As
Be sure to Save in your teacher
folder, not the Data folder from
SASI
