Our Major Achievements‘ in 2015-2016
1. We have done successful commissioning of 25 MW gas based power plant
Five no’s of relocated gas based Wartsila Gen sets including complete balance
of plant, LT switchgear, MV switchgear 6.6 KV and HT switch gear of 20 KV.
Along with supply of spares, PLC program and SCADA .

2. We have done successful repairing and major overhauling of two no completely
damaged Wartsila gas engines. W28SG
3. We have done Major Overhauling of 1Xwartsila 32DF engine in Iran.
4. Major Overhauling in Africa Madagascar 2XW9L20, 3X12V32Ln Wartsila
Engines. Which including Crank shaft machining and replacement of damage
crank shaft by new one.
5. Stationing services to support operation and maintenance team in Guinea Africa.
(Four mechanical and Four Electrical person)
5. Won order of 10 no’s Mitsubishi DF engine overhauling and commissioning in Iran.

6. Supplied spare parts for Wartsila Gas engine, W32 engines and 32LN engine in
different-different countries.
7. We have commissioned two 120KV switchyard in India along with switch gear
of 25MW Solar power plant in India.
8. Done Installation and commissioning of three no Wartsila 9L20 Engine and 2 no
MAN Engines along with supply of Genset control panel in Nepal and upgraded
outdated control system by latest one .(PLC,HMI and SCADA based).
9. Dismantled and transported Seven no’s Wartsila engines and exported to other
countries.
10. Installation and commissioning of one no Wartsila 9R32Ln(3.5 MW) engine in
Africa(Madagascar).
11. commissioning along with supply of Genset control Panel(PLC and HMI based)
of two no MAN Engine. 6L 27/38) for Reliance group in Nepal.
12. Overhauling and operation support for Wartsila 2X18V32. M/S. Odhav Steel
Guinea Africa.
