  About Us ISO 9001:2008 Satec Envir Engineering (India) Pvt. Ltd. is the next generation infrastructure company. Satec is primarily focused in the development of urban, rural, agricultural and power infrastructure. Satec has positioned itself strongly in the urban and rural infrastructure market. Our product range includes the manufacturing of low cost residential accommodations, site offices, portable cabins/containers, security cabins and other customer need specific structures. These structures are manufactured using prefabricated insulated sandwich panels. The modular design of the prefabricated panel used in these structures are fire retardant, durable, strong, quick and easy to install, with very low maintenance cost. Lastly, the unique selling point of the product is its low cost. Satec has constructed several colonies for working class as well as high profile engineers all over India and overseas. Our projects total to a constructed area of 2,36,741 sqm (only in india) housing approximately 50,000 people. Satec has partnered with Ramboll (Denmark) for the design of tubular telecom towers. Satec benefits from Ramboll's expertise in designing and guidance in quality control and safety standards. We have successfully provided our products in over 4000 telecom sites all over India and Africa. However, our own infrastructure allows us to go one step further and manufacture angular and tubular towers specific to our customer's design. Recently, Satec has extended its product range to include transmission towers. Simultaneously, Satec is carrying out the land development and fabrication for a 10 MW solar power plant in Gujarat.   Low Cost Housing Satec provides affordable houses in sizes ranging from 300-1200 sq.ft. They are durable and can be manufactured using a combination of cement boards or pre-coated steel sheets. They require no maintenance for a period of 10 years and are strong enough to withstand cyclones (wind speed of up to 170 km/hr). Accommodation for engineers, each unit consists of two rooms and attached toilet. Capacity - 4 to 5 people each. Life Span - 35 years and above Ground plus one (modern apartment building) with 1 bedroom, hall, kitchen and bathroom.   Porta Cabin Portable Cabins (Porta cabins) are prefabricated are strong, secure and comfortable structure. Most importantly they are easily re-locatable, dismantled and relocated or transported as a unit. Satec provides furnished (with toilet, furniture, internal electrical wiring and fittings) and unfurnished cabins in a range of sizes. Our technology supports the manufacture of customer specific designs as well. Other Applications: The most important application of porta cabins is for residential purposes on site. (However, these structures can be more permanent). The alternative structures Includes:- Portable Cabin specifically for site offices accommodating 3-5 workstations. Can be easily dismantled and re-installed at a new location. No Foundation work required. Life Span - 35 yrs and above Portable multipurpose container can be used for: Site office, Store, accommodation (optional with toilet), etc. Can be lifted using a crane and hook mechanism and relocated.   Solar Products In the solar power industry Satec provides design assistance, fabrication, galvanization and erection of mounting structures. Satec is currently executing projects of 10 MW solar plants. Satec is well-equipped & ably represented by team of qualified engineers having vast experience in Designing, Fabrication & Galvanization. Satec’s installation team possesses immense experience in erection of steel structures all over the world. Satec offers the following services for Photo Voltaic (PV) and Concentrated Solar Power (CSP): Design and fabrication of Solar Mounting Structures. Design and fabrication of tilting mechanisms Hot dip galvanizing Assembly and erection of at site Fabrication of single axis trackers Fabrication and supply of solar street lights Fabrication: CNC machines for precision in fabrication. Capacity of 4,000 MT per month. Machinery capable of handling high tensile steel. State-of -art material handling facilities. Proto-assembly facilities. Large facility for storage Galvanization: Modern galvanizing plant equipped with automatic temperature control. Galvanizing Capacity of 4,000 MT per month.   Auto Components Satec manufactures 50 different types of auto components. These are specially developed to meet our customer design requirements and quality standards. The components can be broadly categorised as follows: 1. Sheet metal pressed components (FUPD, RUPD, SUPD) 2. Sub Assemblies 3. Cross members and Chassis components 4. FRP parts (mud guard, battery cover, noise shield etc.) 5. Seating and Berths We continue to develop more and more components and look forward to expanding our customer base Telecom and Transmission Towers Satec has collaborated with Ramboll (Denmark) for the manufacture and supply of telecom towers. Satec manufactures self-supporting tubular towers (of Ramboll design) and angular towers of other designs. Tubular telecom towers supplied by Satec provide a proven cost benefit in the foundation preparation and other aspects. The tubular structure of the tower provides greater strength and ability to withstand corrosion and wind force. The presence of Ramboll personnel at our factory ensures quality production, while maintaining the highest health and safety standards. Satec is one of the Indian partner of Ramboll to have successfully exported towers to Africa. Satec manufacture a range of Ground Based and Rooftop Towers (Angular, Tubular and Hybrid) in sizes starting from 9m and going to 150m. A functional prototype of a 60m tower can be seen at our factory in Bhuj (Gujarat). Recently, Satec has started the manufacture of transmission and windmill towers.   Installation Services Satec manufactures all its products in a knock down stage. This allows lower cost and higher transportation convenience. We provide onsite installation services for the following products: 1. Telecom towers (Tubular and Angular towers) 2. Telecom shelters 3. Transmission towers 4. Porta cabins 5. Low cost housing 6. Galvanised street light poles Satec has dedicated installation teams that are recruited carefully and well trained before they are deployed to any site.   Infrastructure Satec Envir Engineering (India) Pvt. Ltd. has its manufacturing facilities in Bhuj (Gujarat, India). The constructed shed of 1,40,000 square feet is spread over 5 acres of land to cope with the growing demand in each of the verticals. Satec has a dedicated capacity of 30,000 square feet for the production of PUF Panels daily. Our top of the line PUF manufacturing plant has been imported from Italy and Germany. Presently the capacity facilitates production of 9,00,000 square feet of panels per month. The fabrication shop sized 80,000 square feet manufactures telecom towers, transmission towers and auto component. The installed capacity is set at 4000 tons per month. Satec has its own galvanizing and powder coating unit (sized 40,000 square feet) with a capacity of 4000 tons per month.
