God gives strategies to accomplish his visions, as he did with Joshua, Gideon, and Nehemiah. Ptr. Cesar Castellanos was given the strategy of the "4 Ladder of Success" (Win-Consolidate-Disciple-Send) to accomplish the vision of growing the G12 church. The 4 steps guarantee success if followed closely. To succeed, one must understand the strategy, own it in their heart, join in its strict implementation, and observe teamwork in following it.

- 3. INTRODUCTION: Freddie Roach has a strategy for every fight of Pacquiao. It always consists of 8 weeks training. God uses and gives strategies for the success of his vision and plans. He gave revelations to Joshua, Gideon and to Nehemiah of the effective strategy they will employ to accomplish the visions God gave them.
- 4. MEANING OF STRATEGY 1. A plan designed to achieve a particular long-term aim. called "game plan“. 2. The art of planning and directing military activity in a war or battle. Often contrasted with tactics (see tactic). plan so devised. NOTE: STRATEGY IS THE SPECIFIC "WHAT TO DO" TO SUCCEED
- 5. To Joshua in conquering Jericho Joshua 6:3 March around the city once with all the armed men. Do this for six days.(NIV) Joshua 6:4 Have seven priests carry trumpets of rams' horns in front of the ark. Grasping the torches in their left hands and holding in their right hands the trumpets they were to blow, they shouted, "A sword for the LORD and for Gideon!“(NIV)

- 12. Cesar Castellanos said " The Ladder of Success is a process that guarantees positive results to anyone who is willing to dedicate their lives to working with cells. Every plant needs four basic elements. Without nitrogen, potassium, lime and phosphoric acid a plant cannot develop and bear fruit. Likewise, four steps result in fruitfulness in the Vision. If you take these four steps follow them closely, you will see awesome results.

- 17. LET YOUR MIND BE CONTROLLED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT Romans 8:6 The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace;(NIV)
- 18. 2.Own the strategy in your heart Own the 4 LADDER OF SUCCESS in your heart
- 19. IT IS THE HEART THAT PRODUCES PASSION Nehemiah 4:6 So we rebuilt the wall till all of it reached half its height, for the people worked with all their heart.(NIV)
