This document provides instructions for a soccer dribbling drill called "Iniesta's Dribbling". The drill is designed to improve a player's control with both left and right feet. Players are divided into four groups and take turns dribbling across a 15 by 15 yard area, performing moves like push and pull with both feet. Mastering this drill will help players have more two-footed control like Spanish midfielder Andres Iniesta rather than relying on just one foot. Being able to use both feet allows players to escape defenders instantly.
