            What is wellness?
DEFINITION:  Wellness is an active process through which people become aware of, and make choices toward, a more successful existence.  
Wellness is a conscious, self-directed and evolving process of achieving full potential.
Wellness is multi-dimensional and holistic, encompassing lifestyle, mental and spiritual well-being, and the environment.
Wellness is positive and affirming.

1. Emotional Wellness
EMOTIONALYou have awareness and acceptance of your feelings. Emotional wellness includes the degree to which you feel positive and enthusiastic about yourself and your life.

3. Physical Wellness
PHYSICALYou take part in regular physical activity, good nutrition, proper hygiene, proactive health maintenance and illness prevention. You learn how your body works and what it needs throughout your lifetime.

4. Spiritual Wellness
