  Financial Work Flow ¤ Our client after the completion of the batches raises the financial claim depending on the batch strength and other Training fee Revision claim raised conditions. Level 1 ¤ L1 raises a claim which is sent for approval to L2 who upon screening either sends for approval to F1 or revision to L1. If the claim is approved at L2, F1 &2 then its sent for Approved Level 2 Revision payment release to the accountant. At any level if the claim Claim is not approved it is directed to the previous level for revision ¤ The claim status changes depending on each level and the Approved Finance Revision Claim 1 action taken. The system creates a mail alerts for every action on the claims (claim raise, revision or forward). ¤ All level1/level2 user names are prepared according to the Finance 2 RTO CODES. For example If he is a Andhra Pradesh level 1 Approved Revision Claim user then his username will be APLEVEL1. If he is level 2 user it will be APLEVEL2.
