Which would be measurable? Remember:  The “best” activity or strategy means nothing if it’s not Standards Based and focused on improving student achievement!
For Each Activity… Identify:  Expected Results When Activity will be implemented What is needed to implement it Who is responsible Intended audience
Getting Results Reflect regularly on how you’re doing on your goals (at least once a week) Communicate the status to all stakeholders (notes,memos,email) Be Accountable for  ALL  your results What’s Working What’s Not Revise goals based on outcomes and results.
