 Have posts reviewed – once posted it cannot be taken back


 Do not publish photos without appropriate consent

 Have an escalation plan for negative feedback, obscene, in
appropriate posts and photos

   Always be prompt in replying to your visitors

 Do not mix personal and professional messages

 Focus on engaging your followers and not just having a huge
inactive number
