Visual Studio Team Services を使った Serverless のための継続的デリバリTsuyoshi Ushio
The document discusses serverless computing on Microsoft Azure using Visual Studio Team Services for continuous delivery. It covers using Azure Functions with Durable Functions for orchestrating long-running workflows. Key points include how Durable Functions allow writing stateful functions in a serverless manner, handling parallelism, and coordinating functions through an orchestrator. Code examples demonstrate calling functions sequentially or in parallel under the orchestrator's control. The document also mentions other Azure services like Logic Apps and recommends resources for learning more about serverless on Azure.
Rakuten and Microsoft talk DevOps in Real WorldTsuyoshi Ushio
This document discusses Microsoft's adoption of agile and DevOps practices. It includes links to articles and presentations about how Microsoft has embraced agile methodologies like continuous delivery and infrastructure as code. The document highlights Microsoft's learnings around building an engineering culture focused on automation, cloud, and releasing updates up to 10 times per day. It also promotes free resources for learning DevOps practices available from Microsoft.
The document discusses the importance of English rhythm. It defines English rhythm as patterns of stressed and unstressed syllables. It provides examples of reading passages with and without proper rhythm and stress patterns. It also discusses how to improve English rhythm through practicing syllable patterns, realizing rhythm visually and through music, and training programs. The goal is to help readers speak English with natural rhythm and flow.

November 16-21, 2014, Hong Kong
Easy to add, hard to remove. It is the case in many situations including software development, process improvements etc. How we can stay lean eliminating unnecessaries and be agile? We’ll explore the solutions with pattern mining workshop sessions. Stay Lean, Be Agile!
AgileRoots 2014
This document provides an introduction to agile programmer skills. It will cover agile fundamental skill sets over 90 minutes, including recommendations for books to read and a demonstration of test-driven development (TDD). Attendees will work in teams to discuss important agile skills, write down their ideas, and share with others. The presentation will also cover mandatory skills for agile programmers, principles behind the agile manifesto, risks in traditional vs. agile development, the cost of change curve, agile development processes like scrum, and key knowledge areas including designing & programming with TDD and refactoring, testing, team behaviors, structuring work, and environment.
This presentation introduces essential skills for agile programmers. It will cover agile technical skills over 90 minutes and include demonstrations of test-driven development. Attendees will discuss in teams the most important agile skills and write down their ideas to share. The presentation will rank skills by priority and cover topics like design, testing, team behaviors, structuring work, and environment.

I want to think about agile programmer's skill set. and I want to introduce ICAgile to Japan.
I analyzed agile value, principles, practices and ICAgile.
and participant members created some mandatory skill set in this session.
See this blog entry , that will be better.

This study aims to develop an interactive idea-generation support system that enables users to consider the potential side effects of realizing new ideas.
In idea generation, confirmation bias often leads to an excessive focus on ``convenience,'' which can result in the oversight of unintended consequences, referred to as the ``side effects of convenience.''
To address this, we explored methods to alleviate user biases and expand perspectives through system-supported dialogue, facilitating a broader consideration of potential side effects.
The proposed system employs a stepwise idea-generation process supported by large language models (LLMs), enabling users to refine their ideas interactively.
By dividing the ideation process into distinct stages, the system mitigates biases at each stage while promoting ideas' concretization and identifying side effects through visually supported dialogues.
Preliminary evaluation suggests that engaging with the proposed system fosters awareness of diverse perspectives on potential side effects and facilitates the generation of ideas that proactively address these issues.
