the Unrest of the Students
By Hathib k.k.
Defective Admission Procedure.
The limited time allotted to join a course just
after passing the previous course makes the
students do a lot of things together, which often
creates stress as well as confusion in their mind.
The technical failures and the idle nature of the
different officials also create problems to them.
By Hathib k.k.
Uncertainty of the future.
Current educational system hardly offers any
sort of concrete goal or objective before the
students. They are moving forward in a desert
without keeping a single leaf of hop in them
that they would reach an oasis.
By Hathib k.k.
Irresponsible Parents
Most Parents hardly pay any sort of attention
to the study related aspects of their sons and
daughters. They rarely provides any kind of

they often make use of outdated methods and
techniques like lecture method and question answer
method without giving due regard to the taste of the
students. This attitude creates hatred in students
towards the whole educational system
By Hathib k.k.
Indifferent Teachers
Teachers are bothered about qualification, not about
their quality. They lack commitment and
professionalism. Most of them are not ready to update
knowledge or to widen their skills for improving
teaching. They behave towards the students just as
strangers that they fail to inject any sort of inspiration
in students.

they are filled with outdated information and
uninteresting content materials which does not create
any sort of curiosity in students.

Lack of Necessary Facilities
The administrators of most institutions do not provide
even the most necessary facilities for their students,
though they collect high amount of fees without fail.
The students always keep a feeling that they are
cheated by the administrators, and wait for an
opportunity for the avenge.
By Hathib k.k.
Defective Examination System
The classroom transaction is centered around the
questions that are likely to be included in the question
paper . The one and only aim of all the sorts of courses
is to pass in the examination with high grade. Rote
memorization and information collecting make the
whole system dry and dull.

The new generation trends have fetched damn
anarchical atmosphere in the society that the
youngsters are not ready to respect any one in the
society so that teachers often become helpless in
controlling them.

Drug Abuse among the Youth
The modern materialistic views of life has created a
notion that life is to be enjoyed at any cost. So no
means is mean to reach this goal of enjoyment. The
anti-social people are often misusing the youngsters by
misleading them to drug abuse and consumption of
alcoholic products.
By Hathib k.k.
Unnecessary Interference of Politicians
Student’s politics is not the desirable, because it offers
an opportunity to enhance leadership and
communication skill. But the interference of the outer
politics make the scene worst that students are often
used as weapons for some crooked people to execute
their hidden agendas in campus.

The authority should form the schedule and procedures for
the admission in a manner that the students can go with the
admission procedures with a relaxed mind. The authority
should also try to reduce the strict technicalities and
illogical rules and regulations. Everything should be flexible
so that to accept changes as situation demands
By Hathib k.k.
Career Guidance Programmes
The authority can create solid goal in the minds of the
students by organizing career guidance programmes
with the help of experts in the field. Such a goal helps
students to gain confidence and systematic lifestyle. It
also makes them to turn their full attention to a single
point so that their attention is never deviated to any sort
of antisocial activity.
By Hathib k.k.
Counseling to parents
The parents should be made conscious about the
importance of their active interference in the academic
development of their children. Their mentality should be
changed with the help of an expert counselor from
among the faculty members or out of the campus.
By Hathib k.k.
Training to Teachers

trends in their teaching would be useful in making the
students interested in spending major part of their
campus life inside the classroom. Teachers should be

certificate to those who are not able to get
verified that they have necessary faculties for
