I took the affixed Lincoln head penny from the jar Patty and I drop loose change in for our kids lunch money. I chose the pennies from the jar that were the most tarnished and with a little elbow grease and some Bar Keeper’s Helper, they were soon shining as if they were brand new. This is a simple analogy of what we will be doing in Gettysburg and should do from time to time in every aspect of our lives…recreate or polish ourselves up to meet the challenges we face. Anytime you see a tarnished penny…think about this. -Larry
