Force multiplier supporting military outloads, aerospace missile launch security zones, high interest vessels and US Navy submarine escorts, and US/RS maritime boundary enforcement. Achievements: Provided expertise in analyzing vessel monitoring system positional data. Using the Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) prepared, presented, and answered questions on positional data related to active fishing vessels compared to current fisheries openers and closures.
