•   To improve process effectiveness and efficiency, employees should be
    able to find solutions to their problems quickly.The problem faced by
    employee might have been faced by some other employee too in the
    past.
•   For this gap, a relevant portal/application to help employees go through
    knowledge sources and seek/provide help/advice could be very useful

•   Employees can login with their personal ids and can use the database for
    solutions to their problem or suggestions for the same

•   Managers can also draft their knowledge and work process documents
    which they refer later or others can view.
A building block for KAIZEN
•   Kaizen- a continuous improvement method involves everybody in
    the organization to pool in their ideas where organization can
    improve/change.

•   Ideas can be as small as improvement in food quality by
    substituting Maida with aata to as big as change in process cycle.

•   Kaizen points- a count on number of kaizen ideas implemented/
    accepted will keep a track of employees who have contributed the
    most.

•   Start performers can be highlighted continuously and be rewarded
    at the end of year
