The class had sometroubles. There was only a
student. The other learners had other
commitments and the only student was a new
student assigned two days ago. She has several
problems with her English becauseshedoesn’t
understand what I say in English. Her English
level is pretty low. I had to speak the entire
class in Spanish so thatshe can learn of the
best way. I had a problem with the internet
connection and I had to record twice and that’s
why I got two links.

Like the previous times, I was ready to tell
them when the link was available. I was
punctual waitingfor them. However, none
connected. Geraldinetold me that shecould
not participatebecauseshe was going to the
doctor. The other students did not give
explanations by their not participation. Itwas a
pity becausethe lesson plan was good for
them. I tried to contact them through Skype
and WhatsApp but itwas impossible.

best way. They could understand the vast
majority of the questions I asked them.
Questions and answers is a good way to

In this class,I had prepared a lesson plan
working in the e-book. However, putting itin
practice,I noticed that the activities of the e-
book were too basic for them because their
English level has improved and they needed
more demanding activities. That’s why I had to
change the mechanic of the class and asking
them to develop two daily routines,oneabout
his lifeand another about the lifeof one
member of their family. Also,I had to find a
video on YouTube in which they can learn more
advanced techniques to talk about daily
routines and habits.

The only student who has been participating,in

from group A previously asked me if she could

employment situation didn’tallowher to
participatein the firstone. Luisa has showed
her interest in learningand that’s why I try to
help her. As she could not participatein the
two previous classes,I gavethe opportunity to
develop the main activities in this encounter.
Then, she prepared her autobiography and the
country’s description and in this classshecould
catch up. As related to this encounter, and with
the experience in the previous encounter, I
tried to improve and so,she had to develop the
audios fromthe e-book and prepare complete
daily routines abouther and her mom.

the end I gave to Luisa the opportunity to
improve her grades becauseshe couldn’t
participatein the previous encounter. So, she
developed her class and her peers agreed with
participated in it.

power and he had to finish his examin this
group. I gave him the opportunity becausehe
