Project Engineer

The Project Engineer will manage operational efficiency and effectiveness of production plastics with a team of Master Molders
Quality First Article Inspector
Responsibilities include: 
• 
Inspecting, collecting, analyzing, and presenting dimensional data to internal and external customers accurately and timely

Working closely with tooling and plastics personnel during samplings 
• 
Perform annual re-certification inspections 
• 
Be proficient in inspection techniques, PPAP and AIAG documentation 
The Quality First Article Inspector works with various teams to provide quality support and data analysis, from design and review, through production.
Quality Technician
Responsibilities include: 
• 
Examining products for visual attributes and dimensional defects Read SPC software through X bar R charts, histograms and raw data plots 
• 
Logging all data in the SPC software and shift change communication log 
• 
Reading blueprints to verify product requirements 
• 
Using measuring equipment to proficiently and accurately measure molded product 
A Quality Assurance Technician will inspect plastic products to verify product conformity to customer requirements.
Estimator
Responsibilities include: 
• 
Blue print reading 
• 
Problem solving and decision making 
• 
Interpretation and organization of data 
• 
Liaison and teamwork ability with customer and manufacturing plant, supporting the successful transfer of molds and processes 
The Estimator position requires 3-5 years of experience estimating project costs for new and existing injection molds. Quotes will include hours of design, build, debug and material.
Mold Designer
The Mold Designer position requires : 
• 
3–5 years of experience in plastic injection mold design proficiency and in Pro-Engineering 
• 
Drafting and close tolerance dimensioning experience required 
Our designers are fully engaged in project teams and actively involved with customers through scientific molding validations and production release into our world-class molding operation.
Toolmakers, Grinder, CNC Programmer, Mold Assembler
For opportunities involving Toolmakers, Grinders, CNC Programmers, and Mold Assemblers, multiple positions are available within the tool making specialty. Must be capable of safely operating 1 or more appropriate tool making machines such as a surface grinder, wire EDM and programming for high speed Makino mills.
Responsibilities include: 
• 
Creation of angles and radius to match part drawings 
• 
Adherence to quality and production standards 
• 
Ability to read blueprints and use necessary measuring devices 
• 
Set-up and operate tool room machines for specific form tool, tap, drills, or holders 
• 
Strong reasoning and math skills Journeyman's card preferred but not required
