Fire Detection and Alarm System


Smoke/Heat Detector duly wired/hooked up with main
control/alarm panel located in security room through
floor wise zonal panels located near the staircase.



Floor occupant/owner to install detectors, conduit and
wiring themselves in their area of Occupation and hook
up with zonal panel of 12 Zones -2 Nos on the particular
floor.



Main panel will have in built zone wise fire detection and
automatic alarm on all floors, through an amplifier.



All AHU's and other ventilation/ pressurization systems are
operationally hooked-up with fire alarm/detection
system.

3. There is a dedicated intercom system for the building
through electronic telephone exchange.

Every floor level common area and Service areas are
connected with an intercom System.
