Project Key Objectives:
• Identify Suppliers able to manufacture ready design clothing for men, women, and children.
• Collect company info via RFI.
• Identify and visit best suppliers to do business with.
• Manage all the communication (including quotation collection, organization of sample deliveries,
meetings etc.) and information transfer between suppliers and the client.

Selection of suppliers to be included in the RFI process by telephone pre-screening based on agreed
simple criteria (e.g. capability to make the product, minimum company size, interest in participating)

Prepare an RFI document, with an aligned Balanced Scorecard that has the objective to pre-qualify the
competitiveness and capabilities of the suppliers, including: Background, financial, Client and product
experience, Quality certification & processes, Social Responsibility, Manufacturing/technology

Conduct RFI Administration
