The Ballet Day by Susan
Rosey decides to go to her first ballet class. At the class, mean twins bully Rosey and cause her to fall and get hurt during her dance. Rosey goes home sad after the teacher calls her parents. The next day, the ballet teacher asks Rosey's parents if Rosey can return to class, seeing potential in her dancing. When Rosey returns, she performs very well and surprises the twins with her dancing abilities.

- 2. It was aboring day and Rosey was deciding what to do, as usual. Rosey had a great idea! She was going to ballet class. She ran to ask her silly old parents if she could go to ballet class. Her parents agreed, she was so excited.
- 3. Rosey went inand paid $20. It was so pretty inside. When she opened her bag, she had a big surprise! It was Pup who wanted to come.
- 4. Then Rosey wentinto the practise room where she met two twins who looked very nice but acted mean. They kicked Rosey’s leg and kicked Pup too and they made Rosey cry so the teacher shouted at them.
- 5. After Rosey stoppedcrying, the teacher asked Rosey if she could dance the Swan Lake. Rosey tried to dance the Swan Lake but fell down and got hurt. The twins laughed at Rosey. She was very sad. The teacher rang Rosey’s parents to take Rosey home.
- 6. Rosey was verysad. This was a very bad day. Rosey had to stay at home for a week.
- 7. After that Roseyreceived letter a from the twins.
- 8. The twins wereplaying with their skateboards. When Daisy fell down, her parents had to ask the teacher, if she could stay at home.
- 9. Rosey felt muchbetter. Just then the door bell rang. Rosey went to open the door. It was the ballet teacher. She told Rosey that she wanted to speak to her parents. The teacher said she would like Rosey to go back to school.
- 10. The next day,Rosey got packed and went to school. When Rosey started dancing, she did very well. She was very pleased. Flora’s mouth opened wide. She never knew that Rosey could dance so well.
- 11. When Rosey wenthome, she had a lovely dinner with : chicken, beef, prawn, fish, bread, fried rice and a big plate of wobbly, purple jelly. Now that was a very big dinner!
- 12. Rosey had thesame dream about being a cowgirl.
- 13. Rosey went toschool. The teacher sorted out the groups and they dressed up very nicely.
- 14. Rosey was veryshy, but she tried. The girls knew all the steps. They were very good, but Rosey won.
