The Collins Legacy: Chapter Eight
Lincoln Collins was the heir to the legacy and chose to pledge the Greek house at university. He met and fell in love with Carmen Dai, and they moved in together. Lincoln studied economics and Carmen studied art. Both Lincoln and Carmen worked hard and maxed out their skills by the end of their junior year. They graduated from college and were excited to start their lives together as a married couple. The document also provided brief updates on Lincoln's siblings and their families.

- 2. Welcome back tothe Collins legacy! I apologize ahead of time that this chapter is pretty short, but it was still fun playing it. As I’m sure you’ve figured out from this slide, Lincoln was our heir.
- 3. After his siblingsdropped out of college, Lincoln called up Margaret, the family Greek house place holder and asked to pledge the Greek house.
- 4. As soon asLincoln’s moved into the Greek house, Margaret moves out and into the sim bin to wait for Lincoln to graduate.
- 5. Now that Lincolnhas the house to himself, he declares a major in Economics since he wants to become Mayor.
- 6. After he’s declaredhis major, he writes his first term paper. Because he was in such a good mood, it filled his class participation meter up completely, giving him the entire first semester of college to do whatever he’d like.
- 7. Since he hadthe free time I decided to use this opportunity to have Lincoln find his future spouse. And as luck would have it, this red head walked by his home at that very moment. Her name is Carmen Dai and she has good genetics, she’s been married into one of my joint legacies before.
- 8. These guys hitit off really well. Especially since Lincoln is a popularity sim and has the aspiration benefit of “Fast Friends.” Soon Lincoln was getting his first kiss from Carmen.
- 9. The pair fellin love on their first date even! But of course with my luck, Lincoln had to cut the date short to go to class. But they still had a dream date!
- 10. The next dayI decided to do something I almost never do when playing a sim at college – I had Lincoln ask Carmen to move into the Greek house!
- 11. After a makeover,Carmen looks a million times better. Carmen is a fortune sim with a lifetime want to become city planner and she has a personality of 6/5/8/3/3.
- 12. Lincoln and Carmenare an adorable couple, don’t you agree? I’m excited to see what their children look like. Which by the way, this generation will be named after Pushing Daisies – a new favorite show of mine. Which unfortunately has been cancelled.
- 13. Lincoln was headover heels in love with Carmen, and he couldn’t wait any longer to propose! He knew Carmen wouldn’t care if his proposal wasn’t the most romantic, or at the most elegant place. All that mattered was that they were in love, and that they soon would graduate college and be married.
- 14. Carmen of courseneeded to declare a major that would help her out in her desired career of architecture, so she declared her major as art.
- 15. Being the fortunesim that she is, Carmen is always wanting to sell masterpieces, which is fine with me because I need her to start skilling anyway. And believe it or not, this terrible painting sold as a masterpiece.
- 16. Lily had madeall six of her children promise her that whoever became heir or heiress would take care of the eggplants she had planted before graduating. Lincoln was happy to oblige, and by the end of his college career he even had a gold gardening badge.
- 17. Carmen is avery fast skiller, and due that fact she got the genie lamp!
- 18. Lincoln finally maxesout all of his skills about halfway through his junior year.
- 19. Lincoln was aslow skiller, but holy cow he sure got his gold flower arranging badge fast!
- 20. Half way throughher junior year, Carmen maxes her skills out as well. She’s a half a semester behind Lincoln.
- 21. I love thesetwo. Since they’d been so busy skilling, and now they’re finally done they tend to sneak downstairs to the living room and start making out.
- 22. Lincoln has finallygraduated college! Congratulations Lincoln!
- 23. I had Lincolnstay on the lot until right before Carmen’s final exam, and he had Margaret move back in.
- 24. And then hecalled a taxi to take him back to the main house.
- 25. And off hewent, wondering how his fiance did on her last final exam.
- 26. Carmen of coursedid amazing on her final exam and is now a college graduate as well!
- 27. So she callsup a cab to take her back to the main house as well.
- 28. And soon sheclimbs into a cab and takes one last look at the Collins’ family Greek house.Now for an update on the spares!

- 30. Here’s the homethat Fernando and his family currently are living in – it looks small, but there’s a basement for his children’s bedrooms.
- 31. Fernando fell inlove with and married a Professor that he met before he dropped out of college.
- 32. Together they hadtriplets – Donna (yellow), Eva (blue), and Kelly (pink) and then Fernando got abducted by aliens, and had Stella.

- 34. Here we haveGretchen’s pretty little grey shingled home.
- 35. Gretchen met, fellin love with, and married Goopy Gilscarbo.
- 36. They had twins– Drew and Karly.
- 37.
- 38. Michael moved intoa pretty green home with light wood doors and windows.
- 39. He married MeadowThayer, who he happened to meet as a teenager I just aged her up and had them fall in love.
- 40. They had asuper cute little girl named Bree.

- 42. Here’s Benjamin’s prettyred home.
- 43. Benjamin married Mariethe pizza girl.
- 44. They had asuper adorable little girl named Melanie. She might just be my favorite of all the spares’ children.

- 46. Sara lives ina nice little brick home next door to her twin brother.
- 47. She married Sinjin,the family’s old butler.
- 48. They had alittle girl that they named Alexia.And that’s where we’ll leave this chapter – the next slide has a score sheet since Lincoln’s college years were in this chapter.
