POMODORO TECHNIQUE
• The Pomodoro Technique was
developed by Francesco Cirillo in
the late 80's while at University.
• The Pomodoro Technique was
created with the aim of using time
as a valuable ally to accomplish
what we want to do the way we
want to do it, and to empower us
to continually improve our work or
study processes.
YOU'LL NEED 3 THINGS!
1. Timer
2. Paper
3. Pen/pencil
RULES
• A Pomodoro is indivisible;
• If a Pomodoro starts it must finish to be valid;
• Protect the Pomodoro - dealing with interruptions;
• If a tasks lasts more than 5-7 Pomodoros break it up;
• If a task lasts less than one Pomodoro, group similar
tasks;
AFTER 4 POMODOROS TAKE A 30MIN BREAK.
