Expanders: cold box feed Incinerators: waste incineration, scrubber, etc. Reformers: burners, tubes, refractory, catalyst Vent systems: scrubber PSV/Rupture disc: stand alone PSV or rupture disc or combination of both in corrosive conditions with tell-tale gauge. I know all of the testing and certification requirements of temperature/ pressure. Blowers: Centrifugal, lobed-gear. Flare systems: igniters, KO drums, pilot Boilers and generators: Economizers: heat recovery De-mineralized Watersystems:

8 Vacuum Jets: vaporor fluid motivated, stilling wells, and progressive jet configurations. File records: RT, PWHT, HYDRO, PSV TESTING, PIPE, TANKS, VESSEL, TOWER and materials of construction, MTR’s. Also lubrication and clearance measurements with dial or laser measurements for checking of acceptable or non-acceptable variance showing bushing or bearing wear. The above list could go on and become quite exhaustive, so I ask that we have an in-depth conversation. INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION: Deep foundations (piers and piles), pile caps, rebar settings, anchor bolts for columns, towers, tanks, vessels, and structural steel. Structural steel decks with grating, stairwells and caged ladders. I have supervised the installation of SPCC containment slabs and drains and roadways. I have supervised the installation of storm drainage, pipe rack foundations and structural steel. I have the PIPs for industrial stairs (fixed) and caged ladders, handrails and grating systems. A complete understanding of pipe ISOs and tagged parts packages, the field installation of the pipe and field welding and required hydro and/or additional RT required after installation. I have a complete understanding and supervision of structural packages and the tagging and installation of the components. I am experienced in the setting of towers, columns, tanks, vessels for correct orientation and mating of the connecting pipe and other associated equipment. Essentially: my skills span from construction expertise of deep foundations through to the finished product production and the maintenance expertise to assure continued production quota and quality. Also the Planning/Scheduling/Cost Management (PROJECT CONTROLS) of all of the above.
