  The issue wehave chosen is cybercrime. Cybercrime is the illegal use of the internet.Cybercrime is the illegal use of computers and the internet, it is the crime committed by use of computers or the internet

  The main reasonfor cybercrime is vulnerable computers. When computers are vulnerable they are easy to access and take over to access and take over. This makes it much easier for the criminal to play around with the computer and abuse there knowledge, and interfere in other peoples privacy.

DO use the Internet to "visit" far away places. 3.DO be careful about talking to "strangers" on a computer network. 4.DO respect the privacy of other users on the Internet, just as you expect your privacy to be respected.5. DO be careful when you "download" (copy) programs from the Internet.  DON'T: 1. DON'T give your password to anyone.  2. DON'T answer messages that seem improper, indecent, or threatening.3. DON'T give any personal information, to anyone on a computer network that you don't  know.          4. DON'T arrange to meet anyone you've met on the Internet without telling your parents. 5. DON'T try to break into computers.

  Cyber bullying1.Children andadolescents between the age group of 12 – 18 years – they would do this to prove themselves of being capable of doing many things, to look cool and be popular, to explore things and to take revenge.2. Organised hackers- these people would do this to fulfil a certain objective.3.  Professional hackers / crackers – these people would do this for a living in order to get money.4. Discontented employees- these people would be people who have been fired from their job, they would do this in order to seek revenge and destroy the company by telling the secrets to their rival company's.

  Cybercrime Act 2001TheCommonwealth Cybercrime Bill 2001 was distributed in the House of Representatives on 27 June 2001. The Senate Legal and Constitutional Legislation Committee was asked to accept an inquiry into the Bill and the Committee's Report was issued in August. The Bill was accepted by the Parliament with small changes on 27 September 2001. The Cybercrime Bill is known to have applied the practical law requirements of Articles 2-6 of the CoE Agreement. The Bill applies section 4.2 of the Model Criminal Code (MCC) which was released in January 2001.
