Ensuring that all the transition tollgates are met and transition timelines are adhered to. Ensuring that transition costs are within planned costs. Activities Handled Equity process involves reconciliation of equity balances of Telesto with custody balances, maintaining margin balances for clients, tracking of trades during the day, corporate actions related to Mergers, Amalgamations, Bonus, Sub-divisions of shares, De-merger and tracking of Transaction support charges, Advisory fees and instruction notes received from clients. Mutual Fund process entails uploading of information from Registrar and transfer agents, tracking applications not received and transactions feed not received, matching of transactions with Private Client System client codes and tracking of Mutual fund transaction support charges.
