દર રોજ દરરોજ 50K જેટલા વિચારો આવે છે
૮૦% થી વધારે વિચારો negative OR WASTE હોય છે .
બીજા દિવસે અગલા દિવસ ના ૮૦% વિચારો રેપિટ થાય છે .
અપના સંસ્કારો નું બીજ પણ વિચારો માં છે .
ભૂતકાળ ની ઘટનાઓથઈ વ્યથિત /વ્યાકુળ થઈએ અથવા ભવિષ્ય ની ચિંતાઓ /પ્લાનિંગ માં
એ વિચાઓ પ્રત્યે પ્રત્યક્ષ કે પરોક્ષ રીતે રાગ કે દ્વેષ કરતુ રહ છે
સામાન્ય રીતે આપનું મન 2/૩ સમય આ રીતે ભટકતું રહે છે

મન વધારે ફોકસ અને શાર્પ (તીક્ષણ)લેસર બીમ –(LASER) જેવું પોવફૂલ બને
આપનું IQ (બુધીમતા ) વધે
પરિણામે આપણી નિર્ણય શક્તિ માં સુધારો થાય
ઉતાવળા પણું ઓછું થાય અને તરત પ્રતિક્રિયા કરવાનો સ્વભાવ માં સુધારો થાય
એટલે પ્રતિક્રિયા ને બદલે સમજી વિચારી ને રેસ્પોન્સ આપી શકાય જેથી ઘણી વાર પાછળ થી જે પસ્તાવો થતો હોઈ તેમાં ઘટાડો જોવા મળે છે
