VTHS Career and Technical Program Feb 2016
Vernon Township High School's career and technical education program, pending NJ state approval, includes various fields such as construction, logistics, multimedia design, engineering, health science, and hospitality management. Each program comprises multiple coursed sequences partnered with local universities and requires students to pass specific NOCTI tests for certification. Internships with local businesses and institutions are also integrated into the curriculum to provide practical experience.

Hospitality Administration/ Management •Three course program: * • Intro. to Business Management • Basic Foods or Accounting • Restaurant/ Hospitality Management • Partnering with Fairleigh Dickinson U. • Internships at Mountain Creek and the hotels and spas in the area. * Additional World Language requirement • Must pass NOCTI test: “Hospitality Management”
