RESIDENTS REGARDING THE SEGRREGTION AT SOURCE & ITS IMPORTANCE
TO ACHIEVE THE REQUIRED STANDARD IN COMMUNITY CLEANLINESS. WE

Collection of wet waste shall be done only once in a
day.
 Specific collection time will be given to all the zones in
ward 12 for collecting wet waste. Please be informed that
once the schedule for waste collection is declared, please
DO NOT keep your garbage out or alongside the road.
 A tag or a marker shall be provided to all the houses
registered with us for easy identification of the houses by
our door to door backpackers. The house hold can
however place a wet waste bin outside their houses with
properly covered lid.
 The backpackers shall take the wet waste directly from
homes without the plastic bags
 No plastic bags are to be used to store or put away wet
waste in front of the door or alongside the road.

DISPOSAL OF DRY WASTE
The dry waste are not collected
everyday, but only twice or three days in
a week as shall be decided by the
project authorities.
The waste shall be stored inside
the house in a container / bin or in a
common bin supplied by the authority
outside, if available. Which in turn shall
be collected by the backpackers from
houses or from the common bin directly.
