There are other terms in use like NOC – network operations center.Operations Bridge is used in the ITIL 3 definitions book.Whereas NOC, our research found, is ambiguous. Some people use it mean just where the network management is done. Others use it in the same way as Operations Bridge.So, we decided to stick to the unambiguous, ITIL defined term, Operations Bridge.
