I have two strings to my bow: I can operate as a traditional Finance Director, embedding robust financial management and financial governance across businesses to optimise cashflow, profit and shareholder value; and I can also operate in corporate finance environments (I'm a former EY Corporate Finance Director), leading the end-to-end M&A lifecycle including post M&A integration for deals up to £250M in value.
