I am currently Data Manager for the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregiving (RCI) at Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW) and provide oversight for the institute’s data management system, analysis, and reporting which enables RCI leadership to effectively evaluate caregiver support programs.
From 2009 to 2012, I served as the Student Services Coordinator for the nursing program at GSW where I provided oversight for their admissions process, marketing strategy, recruitment, data collection and analysis. I've learned to do that by relying on a hard-earned skill-set of critical thinking, complex problem solving, management, marketing, and program development.
