What did I learn in these last 20 odd years of working in advertising and media? I would have to say its that people are what matter most. This agency world is built on the shoulders of the thinkers and dreamers, as well as those workers that get things done. A great team brings out the best in us and tough clients give us the chance to rise to our best.
I have been lucky to have worked at 24/7 Media, Engage, Sapient, Ogilvy,Starcom, and UM. I had clients in both the US market but also global clients to Latin America. I have also been privileged to work with Multicultural markets with the folks at Zubi, Vidal and most recently at IPG MediaBrands' UM, Initiative, BPN and Identity
