Big fan of the payroll feature

As a small biz, Homebase has been great helping me save quite a bit of time and cost managing my employees. Big fan of the payroll feature as I find that to be the most tedious and they've done a great job building that. Quick to answer support as well which is always a plus.

Poor Support…

I cannot seem to get help from the automated chat and no one ever seems to call back. It is very frustrating for your clients! We hve no other recourse but to be in the hands of your AI service!

If I could give zero I would

If I could give zero I would. They do not know how to do payroll at all. Completely messed up state filings. Say they have changed and don’t.
Reports are horrendous. Can’t even see what taxes are taken out of each employee prior to submission
