摘要 根据近些年来相关报道，布洛芬新型剂型的研究具有很大程度的突破，布洛芬分散片做为其中一种新型剂型被广泛使用，获得了良好的经济效益，同时提高了药物生物利用度以及安全用药性。本设计通过查阅相关资料，参考一些学者的研究，模拟工厂正常操作过程。去熟悉片剂的制备过程，了解布洛芬分散片原辅料的理化性能，选择一条合理的工艺流程，以进一步提高工厂经济效益，达到各方面的进一步优化。所以布洛芬分散片的提取生产车间设计具有可行性。

The production workshop design of annual output of 60 million pieces of ibuprofen dispersible tablets

Abstract : It was reported that a great breakthrough had been made recently in  the new dosage forms of ibuprofen. Ibuprofen dispersible tablets, as the one of new dosage forms, were widely used today. Not only did it make good economic benefits, but also it enchanced the bioavailability of drugs and the safety of medication.At this design by refering to relevant materials, consulting the research of scholars and sumilating the plant normal operation. Through this thesis, we could know the preparation process of tablets so that we could understand the physical and chemical properties of raw materials in ibuprofen dispersible tablets. What was more, a rational thchnological process was gotten, then the economic efficiency in the factory was raised remarkably, which reached all aspects of optimization. So it was feasible for the design of the production workshop about the extraction of ibuprofen dispersible tablets.
