Today marks the start of my term as YPO Regional Chair for Africa, and I’m stepping into it with a deep sense of gratitude and anticipation. I’m especially thankful for the leadership of my predecessor and friend, Isak Pretorius . Over the past two years, Isak has led with purpose, humility, and integrity. I’ve served alongside him on the regional board and have always admired the way he brings people together around mission and meaning. He’s laid a strong foundation, and it’s one I’m proud to build on. I’m also excited to partner with Yemi Osindero our Regional Gold Chair, as he enters the second year of his term. I have huge respect for Yemi’s clarity and leadership. There’s so much I look forward to learning from him as we shape the year ahead together. To our chapter chairs, regional board members, and the phenomenal regional management team led by Immanuel Commarmond, thank you. It’s an honour to serve with you, and I’m confident in what we can build together. Our theme for the year YPO Africa is Building Bridges.
