Nice Demo, loved the unlimited Bobs ;) and the Parallax stuff.. really nice!.
and the squishy stuff as well.. | User Comment Submitted by trident on 24 May 2025 User Comment Submitted by uneksija on 3 May 2025
| Unique and atmospheric. I laughed out loud during the "orbiting around earth"-scene - it's very rare that a demo has this kind of effect on me! :) | User Comment Submitted by yaruni on 1 May 2025
| Watched this live and it was really nice... I loved the music from it! | User Comment Submitted by Magic on 27 April 2025 User Comment Submitted by Magic on 26 April 2025
| Hund and baby dont hurt me car scene! +1 | User Comment Submitted by BYB on 26 April 2025
| Real funny and cool demo. Thanx for the sids :) | User Comment Submitted by G-Fellow on 24 April 2025
| I like this demo alot! It was fun to watch this demo in the Revision 2025 live stream. | User Comment Submitted by Quiss on 23 April 2025
You (again!) managed to weave together a captivating story and C64 demo effects into a coherent flow. Wonderful work.
Also, "The sprites are out tonight" is my new favorite demo quote! | User Comment Submitted by Smasher on 23 April 2025
hey FLT, slow down! you get a burn out if you release so much!
just kidding, keep'em coming! :)
this one is fantastic! | User Comment Submitted by Exploding First on 23 April 2025
What is love? Baby don't hurt me, no more.
Fairlight still alive since 1987. | User Comment Submitted by Stinsen on 22 April 2025
| Had me laughing unreasonably much during the stream, great stuff (as per usual)! :D | User Comment Submitted by Dr.Science on 22 April 2025
| There is more sideborder stuff than I had noticed on the big screen - very nice! The layers in the greetings, clever stuff! Also on Side B nice layered effect with the cityscape. And wonderful storytelling! Thanks for this and congrats on winning! | User Comment Submitted by mankeli on 22 April 2025
man that sprite multiplexer with rastersplits (and some other parts) were sweet :D and it's funny how it's actually possible to meaningfully say that this is better than an AVERAGE 2025 fairlight demo :D
edit: yeah it's not a multiplexer but it's cool anyway | User Comment Submitted by Fungus on 21 April 2025
Loved it, great design, nice effects and good flow with banging tunes. Well deserved #1. SNL reference gets bonus points.
Fuckings to the downvoters. | User Comment Submitted by Mibri on 21 April 2025
| Fantastically entertaining production, yet again! You really know exactly how to tell a story and rock a party. Congrats on the win! | User Comment Submitted by Juanete on 21 April 2025 User Comment Submitted by Juanete on 21 April 2025 User Comment Submitted by CreaMD on 21 April 2025
| Well deserved 1st place. Heartfelt and enjoyable trip with a lot of cute tech stuff. Love it. | User Comment Submitted by bugjam on 21 April 2025
@megasoftargentina: Definitely, demos will never work on both video systems, apart from very simple stuff. Style made an effort to NTSC-fix some PAL demos and other timing-critical releases like interlaced GFX, but otherwise you will have to fall back on an emulator, or get yourself a PAL machine.
Great demo, really fun to watch on the bigscreen! | User Comment Submitted by Clarence on 21 April 2025
Nice demo, liked the greets parallax the most.
@WVl, yes Graham was first with the 9 sprite X expanded scroller on lower border. Quickly checking in vice/full border, Graham's scroller is a char wider than the one in this demo (has no blank gap on the left side concerning the normally visible area).

| Excellent intro, as always FLT, nothing to say, but I have a problem, I have a c128 NTSC, and it doesn't work, could it be? | User Comment Submitted by Yogibear on 20 April 2025 User Comment Submitted by The Syndrom on 20 April 2025
| I love parallax and hires, so what's not to like ;-) | User Comment Submitted by Katon on 20 April 2025 User Comment Submitted by Jammer on 20 April 2025
| LOL, that nod to Debris - awesome! :D | User Comment Submitted by iAN CooG on 20 April 2025 User Comment Submitted by WVL on 20 April 2025
| So good to see Björn, Nils and Freya again! The bobs are very very nice! Too bad Graham beat you to it. In my memories Graham did 10 sprites on a line, instead of 9, but I could be wrong. | User Comment Submitted by Digger on 20 April 2025
| Hehe I dig the demostory and 3-man band behind this. Squisheeeed! | User Comment Submitted by Zierliches Püppchen on 20 April 2025
| I love that Squishiiy effect. | User Comment Submitted by lft on 20 April 2025
| Excellent fast-paced romp! Amusingly, at least one person in the Revision audience thought it was me in the car. | User Comment Submitted by TLF on 20 April 2025
| Funny, original & brilliant! | User Comment Submitted by Krill on 20 April 2025
| Extremely entertaining! =) |
