Text from DMC V5.1+X

Description:List of improvements
Text:- in the editor you can toggle between $1003 and $1006 multi-player by pressing [<-] (Arrow left)

- iceball forgot to add the two new commands of the dmc 5.1 in the sector editor. So here they are:
vib.xx [sh+i] : this command makes it possible to change the vibrator after a note.
finexx [sh+t] : this command means fine tuning, with which you are able to transpose the following notes very smoothly.

- below the sector window there is a new display: "notes : xx". This shows the amount of notes in the actual sector.

- I removed the menu-system, so it is much easier to work with this tool.
