My handle "Lexi" wasn't chosen from a scene intro or a sci-fi book—it was given to me by my late real-life friend Boban, who didn't care about computers at all. We shared a deep love for Heavy Metal, and one day he just started calling me Lexi. It was the first and only nickname I ever received, and I carried it into the digital world with pride. RIP, Boban.
Trivia :
Proud to have been a part of the coolest digital subculture in history during the golden C64 era. To be completely honest: my assembler coding skills were pretty basic, my intros and demos were strictly average, and my English back then was downright terrible!
But where I lacked in coding, I made up for in action. I cracked some games and performed heavily as a dedicated trader, keeping the pipelines buzzing via both BBS and traditional mailtrading. The absolute peak of my scene career was earning my spot in the legendary crew Fairlight (FLT). (I also had a brief stint in other Crews, though my true pride and allegiance always belonged to the FLT days).
