Terms of Service
The following Terms of Service ("TOS") govern:
- The purchase of keys ("the product", "the unlock code") which unlock fee-based premium functions of Raccoon ("the software").
- Usage of the key generator ("the service") which generates said keys.
- Technical support regarding installation and/or usage of the software.
By making a purchasing, you ("the customer") agree to these TOS.

The service(creating keys)
- By purchasing the product, the costumer acquires a right of use for the service. The service allows the customer to generate individual units of the product ("unlock codes") according to the conditions agreed on upon purchase.
- Neither product nor right of use are transferable. The customer agrees to a) not generating keys for third parties and b) not providing access third parties with access to the key generator. If found in violation, the right of use is terminated, the purchase price is not be refunded. Third parties do not include: a) family members, living in the customers house hould (private customers) b) employees, using the software for work (business clients).
- The right of use for the service expires, at the latest, 24 months after purchase. Keys do not expire.
The product (Offer, Payment and Delivery)
- The product is delivered after full payment.
- Keys are one time use only. Every instance of the software requires its own key. An instance is defined as the filesystem path, containing the runtime data of the software.
- The customer has the right to backup and restore instances. Backups may be restored on a different computer (in possession of the customer) without requiring a new unlock code.
- Keys will not be replaced in case of loss.
Support
- Support is provided via email on workdays during office hours. Response time may vary.
- Support ("provision of service") shall mean the handling of one issue ("topic", "ticket") concerning the function of the software (installation or usage). Support is provided either in English or German, depending on the customers preferences.
- The number of available tickets is determined upon purchase. Tickets must be used within 24 months after purchase. Unused tickets are forfeited, the money is not refunded.
- Support does not entitle the customer to custom coding of any kind. A support ticket is spent regardless of whether or not the customer's issue can be resolved.
Revocation
All sales are final.
