If QRangeModelImpl has a generic helper with implementation-specific
refinement, then don't overload the base-helper. Give it an "Impl" name
in the Structure type. Use this consistently for canRemove/InsertRows().
Otherwise, a friend of QRangeModelImpl, such as future
QRangeModelAdapter, cannot call the helper.
